Each year millions, yes millions of dogs and cats are killed in the United States because of pet overpopulation. You can help stop this by making a donation to our spay/neuter programs. This will allow us to offer discount coupons to area residents who can’t afford to pay full price to get their pets spayed or neutered. Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) ARF offers discount coupons to the public as an incentive for pet owners to spay or neuter their pets. The discount coupons have been issued to all local veterinarians on a limited basis in Bartlesville and Dewey. Please check with your veterinarian for the possibility of receiving a $25 discount toward your animal's spay or neuter.
